Whoever handled my drive-thru order on April 22, 2026 around 11:30 AM absolutely made my day. My order was wrong at first, but not only did she refund it, she also gave me my original order free of charge. That’s how you take care of customers. I even tried to tip her, but she politely refused and kept apologizing for the mistake. Honestly, that level of professionalism is rare these days. 11/10 service — truly appreciated!
I ordered an oat milk cappuccino because I can’t drink regular milk, but they made it with regular milk. The staff didn’t apologize and didn’t even respond to my “hi” or “bye.” Very mean and unprofessional service. The only good thing about this location is the interior.
Last night one of my friends was meeting with the justice of the peace at this location to get legally married and fill out the paperwork. The manager who was working in the lobby saw what was going on and gave my friend and his new bride a lovely wedding gift with some coffee and a mug! It was so nice and just a gesture that went above and beyond. Thank you so much Christopher! You made our night!
